This is not a lot of content for a front page, but who cares - it's
mine. :) The server's a 486DX4/120 with 48MB RAM, but the bottleneck is
the 56K dial-up - the machine itself is faster than any microsoft server
running on an equivelent pentium (linux is pretty cool that way). It's
slower from the internet's view at times because it's also a masqueraded
firewall for the other folks that live in my apartment. We're poor enough
to not be able to afford a T1 line, so we make due with a shared dial-up
(it's 24/7 though) and an inter-houes network - all maintained by me. I've put up some
links to stuff available from this site. There's also anonymous ftp
services, and I let people use me as a pop server, but that's limited
because of bandwidth limitations... Which reminds me -
I've decided to put up a news page. Hopefully this will be a page with explanations for all of the little screw-ups I tend to cause. :) That, and whatever else newsworthy occurs on cloudmaster.com.
The Roxen users guide is available for all... It's a good thing to look at if you wanna take advantage of Roxen's RXML features...
The documentation for a bunch of other packages is available here.
This web server's statistics are available, having been generated by Webalizer V2.01.
Cloudmaster.com is now helping to crack RC5-64 with our team called Death Kabob. It's team #7598 if you wanna help.
I've set up a couple of little scripts that list the users on this machine with web-accesible directories, and this machine's uptime. There's now also a script that displays my current list of banner sites. See cloudmaster's links page for info on our banner blocking with Squid.
Below, we have a few gratuitous images/links that I think are relevant to this server. :)
